That sounds like an azmazing trip. A lot of those chains don't exist in my part of Canada either.

We don't have Dairy Queen, Red Lobster or iHop in the UK at all. I actually am not sure if they exist anywhere in Europe. I've also never had Taco Bell, but next time!

Tim Horton's was everywhere but I didn't go, as a few years ago lots of 7/11 type stores here were stocking their donuts. But I have a theory that when they export something like that, it wasn't as good. UK Dunkin' Donuts is awful, but I loved it in New York.
