Just an update of the books in the house that I plan on reading soon! Feel free to give thoughts, but no spoilers.

I loved Good Omens! Neil Gaiman collaborating with a stronger writer. He lent Terry Pratchett some of his aesthetic too.

I finally read it and it wasn't as annoying as I thought it would be! I liked Crowley's inner monologue, his relationship with Aziraphale and the whole baby swap business. Thought they were really clever!

I found the whole Witchfinder thing a bit tiresome and it definitely tried too hard to be wacky with the paintballing section, also some of the conversation between the children could have been shorter but for a book I was convinced would bore me with its 'English wackiness', it wasn't half bad!

Have you read other of Neil Gaiman's books? I think he can do with a touch of English wackiness. Just a bit- in each book. :)

Just American Gods, which was very dry. And I loved Sandman. Not just the art, the story arcs too but I admit because it was a comic it was sparse and maybe my own imagination filled in the blanks.
