Ryuusei no Kizuna is awesome, if only for the single most hilarious conversation involving post-its and condoms in Jdrama history. I love Kudo Kankuro. The man is a genius. (Exhibit A: Tiger & Dragon).

I really love Ryusei no Kizuna so far. I didn't really want to expect a lot since the last time I anticipated a drama for it's cast I just ended up feeling meh about it, but I shouldn't have doubted as much since Kudo Kankurou always writes ace scripts.

Speaking of Kankurou, I have to keep reminding myself to watch Kizarasu Cat's Eye, I've had that waiting on my harddrive for ages and I still haven't gotten around to it.

Hmn I avoided this dorama because of Nishido Ryo becaus of Last Friends :P
And somehow I expected it to be a depressing dorama ... hmn maybe later (if I can find time) , I'll stuff it between the other 10 doramas trhis season.
It does seem funny :P

It's not really depressing at all. It has tragic moments but they're more of the kind where you pity the characters, and they mix it up really well with humour so it's not overbearing. I really like it!

Ryo's pretty OK in this one, I think. I didn't watch much of Last Friends so I can't comment on his acting in that but he's decent here. Not annoying or abusive :P
