Ryuusei no Kizuna is awesome, if only for the single most hilarious conversation involving post-its and condoms in Jdrama history. I love Kudo Kankuro. The man is a genius. (Exhibit A: Tiger & Dragon).

AND!! Nino's character came up with the most AMAZING revenge plot I have ever seen in a drama that involved swindlers, bunnies, hosts, 300 000 yen, shojo manga, and Erika Toda in a moe outfit. THE JDRAMA GODS, THEY SMILE UPON ME. (In case you think this show is all giggles, it's not. There's a bigger plot surrounding the mysterious deaths of their parents and their vow to get revenge on the man who killed mum and dad.)
Verdict: very good first episode. Definitely worth following. Erika Toda is on a good streak :D This is what I hoped that drama with Fukada Ryoko from last season (the one where she's a cram school teacher who can see the future) would be (ie, clever, funny, etc), but that ended up hugely disappointing and boring.
