2015 Graphics Gift Exchange - Sign Ups
I'm backing up the sign ups for our annual Graphics Gift Exchange because in past years there were some comments that the sign up period was a little too short. Everything else will proceed as it normally has in the past. If you're fuzzy on the details, please read through the rules. As always, please feel free to invite all of your friends, and let's hope for another great turnout!

Welcome to calendarsquare's annual Graphics Gift Exchange! For new members, this is a Secret Santa-style exchange which is open to all fandoms and media types. Hopefully on Christmas you'll have lots of gifts to open, and some shiny new graphics to kick off the new year! You might want to watch the community in order to see the reminders I'll be putting up at regular intervals.
You DO NOT have to be an icon maker to participate. If you wish to recieve graphics for the holidays just be sure to mention that you're not a graphics maker in the "wish list" portion of the sign up form!

■ November 10 - December 1 - Sign ups will be open.
■ December 1 - Secret Santas will be assigned and a Drop Box post will go up for submissions.
■ December 22 - Graphics will be due. If you do not submit your gifts by this date, I will reassign your request to a backup Santa.
■ December 24 - I will be posting the gifts here at calendarsquares.
■ December 30 - I will go back to the gift post and add the names of the iconmakers and contact anyone who missed the post so they can find their presents.
rules
■ Keep in mind that this exchange is for GRAPHICS. Requests for fiction, fanmixes, etc. will be removed.
■ Requests will be limited to five fandoms. Please make sure to be as specific as possible about what you want if you have something in mind to help our your Santa.
■ If you are unable to make graphics you can still recieve gifts! Please make sure to let me know somewhere in the "wish list" application form.
■ If you are unable to finish the graphics for your person on time, please notify me ASAP so I can find a replacement Santa for you.
■ Those who would like to offer their assistance as a backup should keep in mind that I usually contact backup makers during the week of Christmas or a few days before the graphics are due. If you have holiday plans that keep you busy around that time, please don't feel like you need to offer assistance as a backup.
■ Please remember not to reveal who you are making graphics for, and do not share the graphics you've made for that person until after the exchange is over. After December 25, you're free to share your graphics with others if you wish to do so.
■ If you have a question for the person you are making gifts for, please direct those questions through me in order to keep your identity a secret.
■ Icon makers will be asked to make a minimum of five icons for the person their assigned to, but more are certainly welcomed if you feel generous.
