Recurring Dreams

Does anyone have recurring dreams? I keep having these dreams where I'm either at school and have forgotten my schedule or I'm at Uni and haven't been to any classes in weeks so haven't done any of the work. The dreams are so vivid and I get overwhelming feelings of anxiety and dread. I always wake up with my heart racing too.

Sometimes, I have a recurring dream where I'm at elementary school and a woman I don't know is with me. Then wolves attack me, but their bites don't hurt. And I beg this woman to help me, but she just stands there and says "I can't. That's your destiny"...

Or sometimes, things appear a couple of times, which I have never seen in real life before or places where I have never been.

And lately, I've been waking up with my heart racing, as well. But I can't really remember what the dream was about.
