Recurring Dreams
Does anyone have recurring dreams? I keep having these dreams where I'm either at school and have forgotten my schedule or I'm at Uni and haven't been to any classes in weeks so haven't done any of the work. The dreams are so vivid and I get overwhelming feelings of anxiety and dread. I always wake up with my heart racing too.
