Am quite yay at Mr Smith and K-9's bitchiness towards each other. MORE PETTY ROBOTIC DISPUTES PLS. Word. They're BRILLIANT!
And Rani decides to get on the awesomeness by ordering him back inside instead of SHAMELESSLY GAWKING at Sarah. THIS IS V SHINY EPISODE, YES. Rani was AMAZING there, and I want an icon of her at that moment. Alas I've not found any. Plus, the scene in the restaurant where Luke and Peter tease Sarah Jane was made of so much win. ♥ He was totally the perfect man for her! ::sniff::
"I assume everyone knows what the TARDIS is?" says the Doctor and clearly he is thinking "OOOH COMPANIONS ALL TRAINED UP AND READY FOR ME TO THIEVE EXCELLENT I SHAN'T HAVE TO EXPLAIN ANY OF THE BASICS, HURRAH." LOL! This is perfect, and now I *desperately* want Clyde to be a proper Companion. Maybe for S7? *ponders ways in which to blackmail the Moff* Also yes, Ten thinks in capslocks.
Was Ten always this manic? I haven't seen any Tennant episodes since Eleventy started but I don't remember finding him this OTT. Or maybe I was just

He would be PRETTY AWESOME. I would also accept a Clyde & UNIT spin-off cause obv he is going to work for UNIT when he grows up.
Plus, this is post-Journey's End and pre-Mars, so he's ALL BY HIMSELF, and when Sarah Jane says 'No one will ever forget you!' it's the most painful thing EVAR because he's so clearly thinking about Donna. *pets poor, poor Ten*
I am so proud of my Pretending JE Doesn't Exist that this didn't really occur to me. IT'S JUST APPALLING. I can't believe it's a real episode and it's been two years so probably that won't change and in my head season four ends in a strange limbo and bits of EoT didn't happen. OH WELL.
I don't hate Bobby, and I'm OK with an episode of 'so wtf does he do between answering the phone to Dean?' purely because I'm a sucker for downtime-y episodes in anything. This season is such an utter disaster area that 'watchable' will do. And so the eternal 'why am I still watching you, offensive and terrible show?' rumbles on...
SJA! YAY! I love that one, not least because Ten only adds a small element to the enjoyment instead of it being a Doctor-takes-over-and-pwns-everyone worshipful thing. The love story thing was really beautifully resolved (I would've had some sort of sadness embollism if he had turned out to be evil), and the kids make me all wibbly with love. The bit where Clyde gets to be the one to say 'bigger on the inside' makes me especially happy. :)
'so wtf does he do between answering the phone to Dean?'
I was hoping the answer would be BE VERY MISERABLE and was sad to discover he has A Life Of His Own. I am mean, yes.
IT IS A BEAUTIFUL SJA EPISODE THAT I ONLY JUDGE SLIGHTLY BECAUSE IT MADE ME CRY. And that is a wee bit embarrassing. Even if it is not exactly a hard thing for telly to get me to do.
(seriously, by this point is there ANYONE who doesn't ship Sarah/Doctor even the TINIEST BIT?)
I HOPE NOT. They are both beautiful and epic, yes.
This was a better ending
I think so, and it also meant that the last time I saw a new Ten adventure I wasn't yelling "hurry up and DIE" at the screen. Ahem. I like him much better now that I did then, yes. Sarah is an excellent influence.
