yah, i think ten was always That Manic and that we just all got used to it and also his lolarious faces.
"Sarah Jane, she doesn't like being called Sarah." AND THEN THE DOCTOR'S LOOK, before he says, "She does by me."
TRULY ONE OF TEN'S MOST AWESOME MOMENTS, Y/YYYYY?
OH GOD HE SAID DON'T FORGET ME, SARAH JANE. Oh, oh, that was lovely, that was a Proper and Nice Goodbye. OH TEN.
i knoooow. i love how they both know they'll never see each other again BUT THEN THEY ARE BOTH WRONG AND SHE AND ELEVEN WILL MEET SOON AND IT WILL BE LOVELY BEYOND LOVELINESS!
He is a bit irritatingly manic, yes, and Tennant is still better in Any Other Role Of His Ever but but but, he is still the Doctor
he really is. i will always try to remember this as his real finale -- helping some kids to save the world and shipping himself with sarah jane
If her only meeting with Seven with Bullettime then that should probably be remedied too since my hate for that is great and obv I should be catered for, um...
That was a fab squeeful review. =D I think my favorite part of part 1 was Sarah going "SHUT UP! EVERYTHING'S MEANT TO BE NORMAL!" at K9. Oh how I love it when she is ridiculous.
I wished for more Ten and Sarah adorableness is my main issue with this episode. But "Sarah Jane, she doesn't like being called Sarah." AND THEN THE DOCTOR'S LOOK, before he says, "She does by me." That was an awesome, wtf are you talking about, delivery. Heeee yes. Especially since I fail at understanding why suddenly she's determined to be called Sarah Jane when in Old School the Doctor and Harry and Mike and random people she met mid-disaster for a few days all called her Sarah and it wasn't a problem ever until now?
"Ten thinks in capslock, obv."
Doubtless. XD
I don't know what to expect from the fifty-year anniversary, but if it involves bringing Ten and all the other living Doctors back and it should I will be all over that. When he is being lovely, he is really very lovely.
I assume at some point after Hand of Fear she just decided she liked Sarah Jane better? And they did have the Doctor calling her that but Tennat was marvellously fanboyish and said "no! the Doctor never called her that before!" hence the awesome wee moment and him calling her Sarah.
He is of a particular character type that annoys me so. I am rubbish at describing it but I know it when I see it. Plus Ellen and Jo died and he didn't and I'm awfully bitter.
On the bright side, they seem to have decided that black dudes are allowed to make it out of episodes alive this year, which was a nice surprise.

IT IS A BIT LIKE HE WAS REMEMBERING THEM IN BED TOGETHER AND HOW SHE NEVER OBJECTED THEN SO OBV SHE WON'T OBJECT IN THE MIDDLE OF A RESCUE.

::FLAILS:: Soon she will have collected more Doctors than the Brig.
