Is that a side-effect of the meds, or anxiety in general? Because I get that, and oh, I know how awful it is. I get horrified by how much violence is apparently in my head, waiting *hugs*

It's probably a mixture of both. I've had intense nightmares before, but never this bad or this frequent. Just having one is enough to leave me unsettled for weeks, but having at least one a night, combined with the other side effects of the withdrawal, and well, I'm sure you can imagine what an utter *peach* I've been lately.

It really is unfair what kinds of things that your brain will inflict upon you when you're trying to sleep.
