Well, it's two days before Christmas and I'm still alive - barely. The temperatures outside are going up, but if stress meant cold, then we'd be at the North Pole right now...
I got my card today as a matter of fact. Thanks! I'm sending out a batch of cards at some point between Christmas and New Years as I've procrastinated after getting them printed out.
*hugs and snuggles* so good to hear from you hon! I'm glad you're doing well and in a new apartment too! I got your card! WHEEE surprise! Merry Christmas!
Methinks, epic struggle sums up the annual card spree experience rather correctly...
I'm usually pretty good with sending stuff in time to folks living overseas or in such far and exotic places as Switzerland, but those living in Germany, within actual car driving distance? Hopeless. Probably, because I'm notoriously overestimating the abilities of the German postal service.
But hey, if you are not leaving with your father and granny before afternoon, maybe there's still hope you'll get yours in time! :-)
Your own card, btw, arrived the day before yesterday! :-D
Have a nice, peaceful Christmas! May the newly furnished apartment become a happy place! :-D
Considering the state of my brain, the struggle to string together more than two coherent words after a day of work is indeed epic. But no more of that. I'm just taking a break from the last few chores before leaving for the holidays, and checking the mailbox...
... guess what I just pulled from it? *^________________^*
WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! Bestest card ever! And the metal postcard will be sure to find a place where it can be gazed at and squee'd over daily! :D Thank you so much! *hugs*
The apartment is beginning to feel like home. So much so, in fact, that I am tempted to nudge certain people about MiniCon II... ;)

Ich habe auch keine Ahnung, warum die Weihnachtsmärkte schon am 23. oder sogar noch früher schließen. Es macht einfach keinen Sinn!
Ich wünsche Dir eine schöne, frohe und erholsame Weihnachtszeit. *knuddel* :)
