And once I discovered that book, I read everything the library had by her, especially What Could Go Wrong? -- which, in retrospect, was probably the worst book to give to Dad for bedtime read-aloud just before my solo cross-country airplane flight when I was 14. (I still got to go, though.)

The Berkeley HPB, at least as long as I've lived in the East Bay, had been on Solano, on the Albany side of the tunnel near Zachary's Pizza, the Andronico's, and Pegasus. They moved from that location into the old Kresge Building at Shattuck and Center.
The Other Change of Hobbit has some call to be worried, but on the other paw, HPB had been right next door to Pegasus for years, and lo, Pegasus did not die, so there's hope.

After getting screwed out of a book twice by ebay I found it in a lot of 9 books(3 trilogys that I wanted). All for $37 plus $15 S&H. Which is great as the two other aucitons I had lost, both for the single book only, had closed at $50+.
One of the few times I have literaly gotten up and done the happy dance.
