Oh, my. This is scarily right. (We will blithely overlook the technicality of five months not being exactly the same as a year, the integrity of the arc being much more important than the symmetry of the plot gimmick.)

It might be more accurate to say 'every drabble takes place in a different year', rather than 'every drabble is twelve months after the last'. This is my semantic badness. I am a bad blonde.
