We've never met, as far as I know; yet you always have something interesting and insightful to say. I don't think we have crossed paths in person, unless it was across a filk circle at the handful of late-80s Baycons I attended. This is a condition that must someday be remedied, however.

You think of things that make me say 'I should have thought of that' in a vaguely irritated tone; you call the universe on its stupidity on a regular basis; you obsess on the minutia of life the same way that I do, and thus make me feel less surreal. For all of that and more, I do adore you.
