stakebait? As the one who provided her with the heating pad, I have to offer my sincere and deep apologies. If I'd ever thought she would have thrown you over for an inanimate object, I would have gotten her a hot water bottle or something instead.
I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me.
Nah, it's better this way. Being thrown over for a hot water bottle would be so humiliating -- I mean, talk about a hollow shell. At least this way, there's sparkage.
I am fighting the urge to make a suitable heating pad cover, though. :)
My heating pad is making me vaguely capable of dealing with human beings in a fair and reasoned manner. So all hail the heating pad!
...don't worry, though. Once my back recovers, I'll come crawling back to you with my hands full of poetry and stars, and a big fluffy blanket for us both. You can be my new heating pad.

Hi~
I've read your Btvs Jenny fics and I was really impressed with the indepth look into Romany culture. I have a question about something you mentioned. You wrote that if a child, a dog and a gypsy are buried in the same cemetery a vampire cannot rise. Is this also Romany lore? I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere else before concerning vampire lore (haven't read it in any books) and hoped you could tell me somemore about it please? Is it an oral notion? And how firmly is/was it believed/carried out? Thank you for your time. You can contact me at rileyuk1@btopenworld.com If there's anyway of deleting my email off the page when you've read this, it would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Also, I'm cheating on my heating pad with the ice packs, at this point.

Now I am going to go to my heating pad. It is just that temperature here to make Mr. Arthur Itis howl in my back too.

Nah, I can't be cruel enough to come between you and your true love. Just *sniff* think of me once in a while...
*grin* I'm glad your heating pad is helping, sweetie. And I'm sorry you hurt.
