Release the reason, write the rhyme,
The dragon in the hills is dead and gone.
Tell the princess fear is past,
Tell her she is free at last,
Let her walk, head high, into the dawn.
And when she tells you she's afraid,
That she has been too much betrayed,
That she'd prefer the dragon to the day,
Do not tell her to be strong.
Do not tell her she is wrong.
Give her one more dragon's egg, and walk away.
