I've been meaning to ask you where/how you managed to track down the full run of Phineas & Ferb (see, the kids have gotten hooked recently, along with, well, US, so I'd like to have them someway othe.r than in random order on the DVR)

Sorry, random order was what I did. I used the DVR to record anything I hadn't seen (you're probably already aware that the Disney and Disney XD cable channels run P&F several times a day), and watched them as I recorded them. When I got close to complete, I found the few I hadn't yet seen on YouTube.

If you have the DVR room, you could record a bunch then watch them in order. I found episode guides at the Phineas and Ferb wiki.
