Very small art sale.

I recently designed a limited-edition bookmark for Borderlands Books in San Francisco. This was awesome, and a lot of fun, but because I am in fact me, I went a little overboard and did four complete designs for them to choose from. Now I have three full-color marker illustrations that have no homes. I also have no idea what to charge for them, ( Read more... )

I'd bid $20 on the one in the middle.

No problem. I felt the first poster duty to start the bidding *somewhere*, but by the time I could come back it was already well out of range (mnemex's bid of 75)

I have no idea. I tried to find pricing hints from your back catalogue, but most of the work is uncoloured line art. Is $30 or $35 egregiously insulting? If so, I withdraw it with apologies. If not, I really like the pale-haired woman with the lantern and scythe. The only referent my brain is providing, though, is Celeste from Xena. Mythology fail.

It's not insulting at all, and I appreciate the offer. :) You got topped, but I really am grateful.

December is gorgeous (they all are, but her composition appeals the most to me). Is she carrying a lodestone?

... is that December?

Yes, she is, and yes, that is.

Like many of the commenters, I love them all, but I love December the most.

I'll bid $75 on it, if for no other reasons other than I wants it and that'll bring things up to a more reasonable level.

Since it's lovely, lonely, and forlorn, I'll also bid $50 on the mermaid picture.
