While I am glad to hear that you're still alive, I am sorry to hear you are still feeling so poorly. Stomach bugs are not exactly one of life's little pleasures! I hope you feel (much) better soon.

ummm.... anything i can do? i am based in philadelphia

dehydration i am familiar with! you cannot hold down water because your body desperately needs electrolytes!
you can make your own electrolyte solution, by mixing a very small amount of sugar and salt with water.. or by cutting fruit juice or gatoraid or etc with water (never drink gator aide straight if you are dehydrated, cut it at least by half)
if fruit juice, add a pinch of salt.

the very best thing is dilute gator aid or pedialyte.
also dilute soup.. but it must be VERY dilute.

sip, sip often, and check how often you pee.. the pee should be near clear. if it is dark you are still dehydrated.

yup.. but i am never sure if people are on the road, or if they need anything i can do..
i always state where i am so they know. i mean telling me "yes! come over and help out" is .. uh. not going to work in this case.

Excellent advice. And from having to deal with the ever lovely norovirus in our family, I can state the gator aides main competitors also work. Vitamin Water is something I can even get the kids and my hubby to drink.

Application of electrolytes will also get rid of the head ache.
