I mean, I'm not sure you could do it on stage--vehicles are a nuisence on stage, and you'd really want to to some sort of text-overlay stuff that works rather better in movies--but the big production numbers at the end of act one and act two, and the dancing zombies in the intro, and...

As to being far enough upstate from Manhattan to be out of range, I would be disinclined to take bets. The reach of the Seanan is long. (However, you're safe from being killed. She only said "smacked". That said, I somehow doubt that she meant "smacked" in the kissing sense of the word....)

OTOH, now that the first person has made the suggestion, the second and any successive suggesters (with respect to that particular novel, at least) are theoretically safe from smacking.
