I don't know much about migraine headaches, other than "give the poor person painkillers and a quiet, dark space," but doesn't a migraine pretty much stab Focus in several vital organs?

Migraines (MY migraines anyway), stab Focus in several vital organs, then wraps Focus in plastic wrap and dumps the body in the river. When Focus washes up to shore days later, the CSI folks scratch their heads and wonder how it was done.

Migraines suck.
