Lilly got out.

I found her again.

I stopped breathing for about ten minutes first. But luckily, she's a talker, she's devoted to me, and she responds to her name. Unluckily, one of the neighborhood bully cats found her and was chasing her around the house, so I was basically following the sound of her screaming while she tried to navigate her ( Read more... )

She's a siamese. They are noisy by nature. Luckily, she's also devoted to you, so her getting out was annoying but ultimately a good outcome.
You have got to learn how to breathe through these things. Lilly would probably not like to find Mom passed out from Not Breathing.

So am I. And I'm glad you're breathing again too. Poor Lilly. I'd say maybe the experience will teach her not to sneak out, but that might be a trifle too optimistic. I'm glad she is back safe with you.
