Having to change meetings is a righteous PITA, and I empathize (murphymom and I are looking into changing TOPS meetings, which is a MUCH longer story than just that one statement, but this is your journal, not mine or hers). They may not be people we see outside the meeting hall, but we've developed relationships with them, nonetheless, and it's frustrating (if not as difficult for some as for others) to have to re-establish that kind of history.

Well crap, that sucks! Did she say why they cancelled it? Was it badly attended, did the leader quit, is it totally a mystery?

That kinda wreaks havoc with your resumption of your patterns, too. Poo. I'm wishing you a good new meeting-pattern, whatever it turns out to be.

You are way more dedicated than I am. Go girl!! Flex plan? I ditched 40 lbs over the course of a year (I don't care how long it took, I still ditched it, and going that slowly, it's been easier to keep it off strangely enough).

My husband and I have our comic subscriptions at the Vault of Midnight here in town. Right down the street from my office. GOODY!!

"Counter Monkey" Hee hee hee.... You said funny thing!! Blonde laughing!!
