10. I like to read 'The Long Walk', by Stephen King, while taking long walks. 'The Long Walk' is about a game show-like endurance test where a hundred boys start walking, and keep walking, without rest, until all but one are dead. I find this oddly soothing. Which is rather a given, since you A) read the title and B) don't spend years of subjective time bitching about the hack jobs they perform every time their profits drop they switch writers/decide to launch yet another title.
Babylon has killed all her crickets, and is now looking at me like this is somehow my fault. I wish she were smart enough to understand that when you eat the crunchy headparts of your meal, but not the rest, the meal goes bad and you go unfed.
If she just ate the heads, you're obviously trying to placate the wrong urge. She's horny, not hungry.
