So for some History extra credit, which I need, I can write a paper on how The Melian Conference ( When Athenians took over Melos in the Peloponnesian War ) compares with historical events that took place in the last 25 years

I have no help for you on your paper, but I was on the phone with my dad about an hour ago, and said, "Oh yeah! I forgot to tell you, a package came for you, and I put it in the coat closet."

So I opened my package, and am charging my fabulous new gadget now, and I can't wait to play with it and enter all my info!!! =oD

I can't tell you how handy this is going to be! When I was on my road trip, there were several people that I wished I had their info to get ahold of them since I was semi-close to them, but I didn't have it. =o/ Not to mention it would have been very helpful at times to have easy access to data entry!

I can pretty much promise you that on my Big Trip, I'll be thanking you daily, as I'll be so organized, and have all my info and the ability to do data entry from the road at any time! Thanks again Jennifer!!! =oD

well my main goal is biology. But right now im getting my acedemics out of the way... then ill focus on the biology/chem courses..

The USSR invaded Afghanistan in December of 1979, but they were there for a while. Would that count?

i'm not supposed to be discussing politics, but as this is for school, i think it's ok.

i see the first gulf war like you said. i also vaguely see the kosovo/slobodam milosevic situation of about 6 years ago.

most obviously, though, i see our current war in iraq. the athenians had basically no reason for invading melos. the US had no justified reason for invading iraq.

are you only allowed to pull from political incidents? this could get very interesting if you could write about the business-related side of this.
