*points to self* That's me too;)
My son got burnt out playing travel ball. He loved BB but wanted to have a life too. He played travel from age 8 to 17. My husband was very disappointed but I could see it stopped being fun for him.
I've always tried to not "push" James towards baseball (I'm sure I did/do a little bit, but I try so hard not to) but I've always told myself that if he ever said he wanted to stop that I would, of course, let him.
He still wants to play Little League and I excited about the prospect of playing high school ball (and college?), so that's cool. I'm happy with that.
It would have made me SO SAD if eventually he just didn't like baseball at all. That would suck pretty hard.
LOL, I know what you mean. Though, Twitter is starting to KILL me on my 500 messages per month limit! LOL I had to shut it off of a while. I still check via the website, but that's if for now.

Dunno if you'll get to see James play or not. Once the schedule is out (whenever that is!) I'll let you know.

As for your not posting, its kinda funny, but since I follow various people on Twitter, LJ and Facebook, *where* they update usually slips my mind.
