Yes, I have since discovered that ;D. And she looks good doing it too (I caught one of her shows today and she looked so foxy, scooping up chocolate, mixing dough, licking the spoon, etc). 'Makes me feel that it's okay for a woman to be curvy and 'filled' ;D.
OMG!!! That Alonso/Kimi picture is to die for. So freaking adorable.
I made this cheesecake the other night and tried a new recipe out rather than make the one I usually do. It was SO good and the perfect consistency. I love that you are baking all the time now - we can share recipes. :)
LOL - I'm a recipe whore. I like to bake more than cook so my recipes are mainly along the sweets line. I have a few cookbooks (Hershey, Betty Crocker, this great one the church ladies put together that my Grandma gave me), my Grandma is an excellent baker so I have a lot of her recipes, and there are a few websites that I use too. If you ever want a recipe for anything, just ask - odds are I probably have one for what you are looking for. What's the best thing you have made lately?
I still have so many recipes to try out from Nigella's book, but I was wondering if you have a recipe for a lattice pie? I've always wanted to try one of those :D. Usually it's cherry pie, right? I don't think I can find fresh cherries, these days, but I guess I can use of those ones in cans/jars. Which website do you use btw?
The best thing I've made recently... Well it kinda depends on my cravings and I must be craving for citrus recently, because my favorites have been this Damp Lemon and Almond Cake and a (Key) Lime Pie :D.
I really need to see The Other Boleyn Girl. I'm in love with the period (The Tudors are LOVE!) and Anne Boleyn is one of my favorite characters, so...yeah!xD
Oh if you love The Tudors and Anne Boleyn, then you really NEED to see this movie. It's almost like a continuation of the show (and spoiler, since it shows the 'end' of Anne), but I love that the film made my friends, who watched it with me, interested in watching The Tudors :D. Speaking of which... I really must get hold of season 2.
Oh, I really want to watch The Other Boleyn Girl! And if it's that good, I'll actually try & watch it this week then. (I'm so easily convinced, aren't I? :P)
One of my friend's is obsessed with So You Think You Can Dance, & she forved me to watch that particular dance. Now, I've never quite understood dancing (which annoys her so much! :P) but even I could tell that that dance was something else. That's saying something!
Hee hee, have you seen it? It's such a great movie to be watched with girls (since the first part of it was practically like a how-to-guide to seducing men, haha), but I saw it with a bunch of guys who also enjoyed it, so yeah...
I'm hooked on that show, lemme tell ya... I don't understand dancing so much either (like, I can't really tell which dance was good or bad since all seem so complicated to me --- whereas, you know, something like Idol, at least I can tell who's singing in-tune or not), but yeah, like you said, that dance was really something else! It was just beautiful... Make me wish I can dance a little, haha...
Borders is probably the best American store to come to OZ. It's, like, my fave shop.
I really want to see The Other Boleyn Girl ever since I first saw the preview. It looks so good! And now you make me want to see it even more. Haha!
Scarlett was sweetly heartbreaking and Natalie was seductively cruel Funny, from the previews, I had the impression it was the other way around... weird.
That book looks so cool. Baking is so much fun. And I think even feminist can bake, you know? You don't have to be a housewife to enjoy baking. Where would be the fun in that? :P
Sorry for the late reply! I haven't been online since last week, would you believe it...
Have you seen The Other Boleyn Girl? I hope you liked it :D.

Yeah, no, Anne, played by Natalie, was definitely the opportunistic schemer, while Mary was the simple sweet girl. It was interesting to see Natalie and Scarlett take on almost 'opposite' roles to what they usually do (Scarlett having been the femme fatale in many of her movies, while Natalie usually playing the nice girl), but they made it work! I mean, I bet they can play each other's role too, but I definitely adore the casting.
Argh, I don't know if that makes sense ;).

I haven't seen the movie yet. I feel like I haven't been to the movies in like forever. I might go this weekend, though... if I can just find someone to come with me! Ha!
It's just that recently I have literally been thinking of being a housewife in the future.
I'm curious: if you aren't a housewife in the future, what would you be? I mean, I seem to remember you saying you were done with school, but what did you study? I don't recall you mentionning it, and I am a little curious.
You baked a nutella cake? Now that's a recipe I need to try! Maybe I'll have to get that book now... :P
I'm not a fan of chocolatey desserts (weird, huh? I LOVE chocolate as it is, but I don't like chocolate cakes)It's really not that weird. I'm like that too. I LOVE chocolate, but if I have a choice between a vanilla cake or a chocolate cake, I'll pick the vanilla one. I don't know why, but chocolate cake is like too much chocolate. But on the other hand, I could eat all of my Easter chocolate and it wouldn't bother me. I guess we're both just weird,

Yeah, I finished college in 2005 (Wow, has it been that long?). I did a couple of majors: American Studies/History and Media & Communications (which is basically journalism or PR or any sort of media stuff). I worked for a year as an Events Coordinator after I graduated, but I quit the year after and, well, sadly I've been unemployed ever since. I'm trying to look for work, but it's been hard, getting out there again on the job market
