Nope, I did not just *POOF* vanished from the face of the Earth. My parents are in town and, typical of them, made spontaneous plans to drive up to Sydney. So that's where I've been since Monday... Hey thanks... I needed that after realizing Alonso's misfortune in Quali... I have my fingers crossed for the race, wait and watch a super Alonso start :)

Damn, I just found out about Quali :(. Poor Alonso! Arghhh!!! But your icon is great :). 'Reminds me that he doesn't have anything else to prove. He's done it. All he can do now is race the best he can, which we now he's done a lot in the past... I want to see him race like a devil! Come on Alonso!

Hope your birthday was a fun and happy affair though :D.

Road trip! That's nice! I love doing road trips with my mom, it's just so much fun!

Yeah, I typically love road trips, but I was basically sick throughout this one and sleeping, like, 80% of the time :(. Ahhh, well, at least I got to see new things and spend time with my family :D.

Arghhh... I dread finding out about NASCAR developments... :(. I'll be sure to read all your lengthy posts though ;).

I've heard about Hidden Palms... My impression is that it's sort of like Veronica Mars with OC cast, you're right. I wanted to try Traveler since it sounds interesting, but maybe I'll have a TV break after all, haha...

Yup, bloody freezing winter :(. I'm still kinda fuzzy-headed to type well (I'm honestly doubting whether this reply is coherent), but I'm determined to catch up on LJ :D. So thanks... :)
