I've been using Goodreads to track all my reading for a couple of years. It's nice (although I'm nearly always perpetually behind in adding books because of wanting to add a quick review). It's also nifty because it lets you see how many books you've read in a year (if you pick a random number to challenge yourself with).

You don't even have to do the annual reading challenge to get it to show you how many books you've read in a year -- just go to "My Books" and then "Stats."

I just use so many platforms that I often forget to go to Goodreads. (All my books I want go to Amazon, then get through the library or PaperbackSwap, and if I can't find them, I buy on Amazon, so it's hard to migrate over to a non-commercial platform.) But I do enjoy reading my friends' reviews (I've really enjoyed people participating in What I'm Reading Wednesday, e.g.), and Goodreads is really good in that regard.
