Day 13

In your own space, talk about setting yourself a fannish goal. Big or small, it doesn't matter. Some great examples include: complete a bingo, sign-up for a Big Bang, write that fic you've been thinking about for years, podfic that story that you love, make a fanmix for your fandom, post that bit of meta or reclist you keep postponing. Maybe resolve to be better at leaving feedback, or answering comments. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.

I'm going to take a leaf out of
ilien's book and make three goals--because I'm likely to finish one of them!

1. Write a Yuletide New Year's Resolution story each month (at least until Yuletide comes back!). Why not love on small fandoms and give people surprise presents all year?
2. Keep track of the books I read this year. I've always admired
   agreyeyedgirl's ability to do this (and now
   kaberett too!). I always have a goal to review more things, so I'd like to keep better track of what I read and leave helpful reviews (either on What I'm Reading Wednesdays here, on Goodreads, or on Amazon.com).
3. Comment more on other people's fiction. I used to comment on everything except the things I hated, but my lurking has gone up and commenting has gone down in recent years, especially with the "kudos" button on AO3. So my goal is to comment (even if it's just "I liked it, thank you for writing this!") on every fic that I bookmark on AO3.
