Is the government broken? Apparently a nationwide poll indicates that 86% of people think so.  Perhaps it's true.  There are 2 major political parties with different views, and they bring their ideas to the table when passing laws and budgets.  However, the current congress has so far been defined by inaction, and to a large extent it seems that
