Thank you. I'm not sure everyone will be able to access Dropbox or then be able to read a .docx file, so when you have a little time, could you please try again to post it as an lj post?

Good point, I'd forgotten about dropbox not being accessable to all. I've put the transcript on my LJ now - formatting errors notwithstanding - and amended the post so everyone can find it.
