I used a player called Media Player Classic which came with a codec pack called STORM CODEC. You can find the player HERE but I don't know if the screencapture ("save image as" while you're paused) feature is available with it without the codec...but it should right? So anyway, I also suggest you get the codec too just because it might help you in the long run...^_^
