Have returned to Wisconsin. Cats v. happy. Pandora's extended lung capacity continues to amaze everyone who is subjected to it.

Bathroom is now... actually almost chilly. The new vent is actually, you know, attached to the wall, and Dad thinks that the other vent that was uncovered outside the bathroom under the old linoleum is probably ( Read more... )

Yeah, of course, sophonisba didn't seem too happy about Bart crawling all over her last night, but I know they have missed human company at night. :p

Also, the place is kind of... gritty... from the ceiling replacement, but that shouldn't take too long to clean up.

Grity is cleanable. Funky ass smell that won't go away is not. At least it looks better and a little dusting and vacuuming will take care of the grit. Bart is telling her that he lurves her. I am sure she understands. lol

It was safe--I'd actually set my mail hold to end on the 6th, so it was only here for a day before I came home, and actually, the landlord had been here to fix stuff up and had brought it inside. He's so great.

The wallet is adorable, and dude, it MATCHES some new stationery I just got! I'll have to send you some. :D
