First time poster here, but I've had a great many uses out of the wonderful recipes everyone puts up here. So here is my contribution (I really hope no one's already added this):

Golden Chicken Salad:

Ingredients:1 mango cut into half-inch cubes

Oh...you know. Just about anything remotely related to chocolate. And ginger. And cookie-ish. And basically anything that I can eat (fish, no chicken, beef etc), but since I love cooking for my friends, just about anything that I think they'd like!

One of my particular favourites (and most popular amongst the friends and family) would have to be the Milk Chocolate Bar Cake.
