So instead of waiting for more of it to pop up on tumblr, I went ahead and read it all on here (hi, it's lil-miss-banana, but you might have already figured that from my posts hurhur)

and heeeee ♥ so cute. All of it. And I like the idea of Cabal trying to wear a colorful cravat. He looks terribly flamboyant in my mind.

Hi there! *waves* It makes me totally giddy that you like the story enough to track down the other parts on LJ! (I'm slowly reposting to Tumblr because it's a better format to put stories in initially, since copying from there is a way around the mess that is LJs new rich text editor @_@ ) xD It's quite a bit of juggling. The next NEW chapter should actually be up tomorrow, after I do some final edits.

<3 Thank you! That makes me so happy. And yep, Cabal does occasionally wear the cravat his daughter gave him, but he avoids it for the longest period of time he can manage without feeling like he should wear it. And he looks ridiculous. The hardest part is getting people to take him seriously

I had seen it when I first started poking through the LJ comm, though it was when I was still new and didn't read much fanfiction for it (or well I didn't read any at all). So when you started putting it on tumblr I was like "wait wasn't that the one--" and so found it 8Db

And, if you know Firefly, it's sort of like Jayne and his knitted hat. A man with a hat (or cravat) like that isn't afraid of anything!
