I disagree with your disclaimer that nothing of this has happened in reality. Perhaps not ALL of it has happened in reality. But I know Darren has hugged Chris after difficult/emotional takes. People have seen him do it. It stands to reason since he's such a touchy/feely person that those scenes in 4 x 04 would take alot out of him. Those were real tears he and Chris were crying. The emotion comes from somewhere and has to be dealt with. I remember the interview where Darren talked about the day he filmed their first kiss for Original Songs and how antsy he was all day and that the kiss was a release. So at least some of this has basis in fact. I would like to think alot of it has basis in fact for both their sakes. They would be awesome together and their personalities and interests are so compatible. My bet is at the least they will be life long friends. Loved this story; we needed something like this after The Break-Up. I think all of us are still reeling from Teenage Dream and their tear-streaked faces. Wanna hug them both and

Indeed I agree with you, I mean Darren is really a touchy/feely person and he cares about Chris, so part of this totally seems plausible for me too and also for that reason writing this was really a pleasure :) I'm really happy that you enjoyed this and that it manage to make you smile after The Break-Up.
