this was really informative..i liked it as it was personal and its so true about the whole "yeah this is a good song" with the undercurrent of "if you don't get the lyrics you are so totally stupid and unfeeling"

i really wanna make my "other half" a cd of songs that make me severly think of him but we have HUGEly different music tastes..i think i'll do it anyway as you've totally just inspired it to happen..

yellow is such a good song and i am obsessed with nikki fm everytime it comes on, on shuffle..good old shuffle..iris is pretty too..and you can't go wrong with jimmy eat world..

i'm glad this was inspiring =D i gave the CD to him.. and he loved it.. we always play it like.. on car trips and stuff.. this piece of writing, however, caused our first fight. which, in all honesty, needed to be had. and it brought nothing but positive effects. i'm glad it not only worked out for me, but for someone else, as well. good luck with your CD making ♥
