This morning I made vegan whole wheat pancakes. I used Ener-G as an egg substitute. I used rice milk instead of soy. Overall the pancakes were okay, as long as I ate them right out of the pan and warm. A little doughy, not in a raw way, just too much flour or baking soda. I don't know if adding more milk would have helped that problem.

yeah, pepsi and i just don't mix. and i like the taste of meat, just not the treatment of farm animals. *stops before it's a rant*
but i've found a lot of substitutes. :)

but i only ever have the meat in my fridge; it seems everyone hates pepsi, too.

but cheese > a lot of other stuff.
especially cheese > ham/turkey.

yeah. i just don't get the appeal of pepsi. it's too sweet or something.

i really am not ocd. lol.
cheese is pretty powerful stuff. it might just solve world peace, but then i don't think i could get the vegans on board. :|||
