Lovely day in London yesterday - met up with angel_ci5 and made time vanish over coffee and Pros-y chat. I swear, we met at 10am, when I looked at my watch a minute later it was 11.30am, and a minute after that it was past one in the afternoon! How does that happen?! It's all to do with the lads...

Oh, I totally adore that holding hands photo--thanks for giving it us again! And, my word, I've never seen...Bockers, you call it? Weird. But, yeah, I'd like to try those!

It was a fab day, and it was the company that totally made it - without which there would have been no chat... *g*

Apparently they're called Powerbocks, and people wearing them are Powerbockers (or various other names) - cos they were invented in Germany by a guy called Bock... He didn't call them that, but generally they're referred to as Bocks out of respect - or so the websites say! *g* It seemed to be a meet-up of Bockers, cos they were wearing various t-shirts - EA Bockers, Banned Bockers, others too - and I think there was even an NYC Bockers t-shirt there! *g* It looks like total fun, and I'd love to try it (bone-breaking aside, obviously... *g*) They made it look really easy and elegant, but I'm sure it's not to begin with!

It was a fab day, thank you - and... yes, foot must be better tomorrow so that I can walk to work! Gawd 'elp me, I quite missed that walking-to-and-from-work over the weekend... Luckily we walked/hobbled around London yesterday, really! *g*

It was fun! And I found a much cheaper train ticket that I can get - how come they never charged me that much for off-peak before, that's what I want to know - sods!
