I am a devoted fan of hand painted signs. Here in the US it's a dying art. Old men sign painters, with their paint splattered special step ladders, antique tool carriers, with flash brushes, those odd levels and hand steadiers, civilized gents, slow and meticulous, preferably with a white handlebar mustache and bifocals. Those dudes Rock
