The North side yard got an incremental boost to-day with dry weather in the afternoon. I added four feet of the temporary brick path way (temporary because I have not done the work to flatten, straighten and add a drainage base) with a corresponding channel for the ditch.

I have removed all the dirt in the mound and transferred to Byron Hill. Took 5 wheel barrow trips and filled up a bag with the river rocks from the shovelling. There were more rocks hidden, but as the main purpose was to transfer the soil I just took what was most obvious. I can always recover more rocks later ( Read more... )
