Someone on Live Journal told the story of the post turtle. It is a Texas thing. I could cut and paste the thing here, but will try a paraphrase. President Bush is a like a post turtle because, just like a turtle sitting on top of a post, there was no way he could have been put in the position without someone putting him there, there is nothing good he can do there and the only way he will be able to move is to have someone take him off!

What I really wish I could do is rub it in the face of the critics who last year said anonymously that what I was doing was the wrong way to eliminate debt. Thanks for your support!

people are just jealous. it's totally possible to eliminate debt, you just have to stick to it! I'm trying to do just that myself.
