I made some additional progress on the cleaning/re-organization:
* finished removing packing materials from the Knight radio.
* sorted through games and donated 3 to the Goodwill.
* made Goodwill donations.

When I write it down it does not seem like I did much and what I plan to do also does not seem like much...but this is not bulldozer type action, we are trying to reshape living space without sacrificing anything we really care about. I agree with danceswithfish that it would be simpler to use a (pick the noun) flamethrower/bulldozer/backhoe...but I want to feel satisfied and have no regrets. So there is a lot of meticulous work, some heavy lifting and mostly soul searching.
