I am soon going to be 50. If I didn't know the exact date, it would certainly be evident when looking at the condition of my body! Today: dental and waist line revelations...but yet discover a new fighting spirit after returning home!

What great bargains! I really need some new clothes. Going through pretty much everything I own has made this abundantly clear. I only have one pair of socks without holes! D'oh!
