There's also the whole thing about losing a lot of weight vs. losing 10 pounds...us heavier people tend to drop weight a bit faster (once we start that is) because we have SOOOO much to lose. For those that only have 10-15 pounds to go, it takes longer to get the body to do it.
With the physiological against you and an injury you're working around, I think your pound is celebratory!
This is where getting measured may help to show a more realistic sense of progress, as muscle takes up less space than fat for the same weight. You can do a visual test by how you fit in your clothes as compared to numbers on the scale which may be more misleading
