Week 1 Update (I'll jump on the bandwagon)

Current weight (lbs): 175.5
Last week/starting weight: 176.5
Goal weight (lbs): 160-165 sustain 3m
Goal BMI: Under 25, but it doesn't as much as weight for me :)
Current BMI: 26.7

Working more on leveling out the exercise routine recovering from injury and other damage... I'll stay flat for quite some time as muscle balances fat. Unfortunately, for the male of the specis this is a major issue when exercising and expecting weight loss...
