Paprika has a few abilities that I feel should be explained a little.

First thing: Paprika is not a physical being in Luceti.

Now let me clarify what this means. Paprika will still be in Luceti and in the village, but she will be near invisible to everyone. It's the same way in the movie - she is a literal dream and can't just be seen by

1) Can your character dream?
-All of mine except for Heart can/do because lolrobot.

2) Can Paprika enter your character's dream?
-For the four of mine who do yes to all except... Atsuki. Because he can project himself into other people's brains and/or take things from other people's brains he tends to put up something of a mental block around his thoughts when he sleeps... whether he maintains it is debatable but it's worth noting silly canon

3) What can Paprika expect to find in your character's dream?
-Haruki is anything and everything. Really, he can be as varied and trippy as the movie itself was or down to earth. If/when we thread it I'll come up with what's going on... or you can make it up. I'm cool for whatever.

-Ciel tends to be morbid in his dreams. Either about his own terrible-ass past or about death or decay and such (usually mixed with beauty as is a motiff of the series) aside from that.

-Charlotte's dreams would look like a Disney Princess movie. Seriously :|

4) Can Paprika hop into your character's

Atsuki should be good to see her!

Although I don't know if I can ever understand the mechanics of Celty's sight no matter how much the canon tries to explain it 8|.

4) Can Paprika hop into your character's reflection?

Yep!

5) Is your character's eyesight privy to seeing the supernatural. (Ghosts and what not. Please note that being a demon won't mean your character can see her. This is seeing things that nobody should regularly see, like a dream in broad daylight).
Normally, no! However, she has the Silph Scope which allows her to see things that are of the supernatural, would that be alright?

I'll just answer for both Yuber and Erim here so I don't clog up your inbox.

For Erim I think her being able to sense Paprika would be fine.

With both of them, I think it's more up to you about whether they can see Paprika. Paprika technically isn't a ghost as much as she is just a general supernatural being, mainly because she isn't dead or anything. It's just that she isn't physical. So I think in this case you can probably decide better than I can since I'm not too familiar with their canons.

Yes!

2) Can Paprika enter your character's dream?
Also a yes, but hurr, his last stalker had a thing for dreams, so he will be SUSPICIOUS and not necessarily as courteous as he should be. That being said, I think it'd be pretty awesome.

3) What can Paprika expect to find in your character's dream?
Sometimes he dreams about being a clown and sometimes he dreams about the end of humanity. It varies. We can set something up if you ever want to.

4) Can Paprika hop into your character's reflection?

Yes! Although something is already there. So again, he will be suspicious.

5) Is your character's eyesight privy to seeing the supernatural?
Iiiiii'll leave it up to you? Allen's left eye canonically makes the souls of the dead visible to him, but I've capped his power so that it only works when it's activated (see gearwheel) in Luceti. It's been known to activate on its own when supernatural things are really close, though, so if it's OK with you, I can just have it activate when Paprika's around.
