Not that he had a problem with that, but the point was still made. Kieran was going with an angel.
Whether or not someone wanted to call him on that was up to them.

He recognized Kieran as a bit of a regular. He hadn't ever talked to the guy but in this moment, he wondered why that was. He was funny - or, angelic. Not that Buzz was anything resembling an angel.
"If you're staying, you should at least be festive," he heard his mother say behind him, setting down a spare set of horns. He rolled his eyes before doing as she wished and putting them on before taking a gulp of his beer. He moved over so that if Kieran wanted to get to the bar, he could. But, he did the not staring thing because he was raised with that would be rude.
And Buzz was a lot of things but rude was not one of them.

"It's rough," he found himself speaking loudly over the crowd, to the pseudo-stranger. "The evening. But - I myself am dealing!" Not, that Kieran cared about his dealing. "I am also not saving lives. Jealous," he joked, trying to lighten the mood.
