I'm hoping for job-bearing. :-) I also spoke to a semi-random German tourist about where I work.
I've gone and sorted out my stars, I hope. Buried on Sunday is a very good bad movie, even with the wtf. And Paul Gross looks very hot in it (unless the idea of priests and romance make you squick). The aukestrel story is Chansons de marin and it is very good. Johnny's family are of Icelandic decent, which explains the (sight unseen, thank god) talk of rotten shark fins.

I wore my nice school visit shirt and ended up spending my morning washing finds. :-( Right now, we are cloudy and the newspapers are making much of St Swithins day. (If it rains, = six weeks of rain. Only thing anybody knows about the saint, is that he could fix broken eggs. Weird English traditions = impossible to make up.
